QC / CMM Inspector

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 year’s experience in manufacturing / job-shop environment.
  • Solid working knowledge with: blue print reading, inspection instruments, tolerancing, GD&T, etc.
  • CMM experience is required (PC-DMIS program preferred).
  • The ability to multi-task while accurately performing in-process and final inspections on CNC manufactured parts is a must.
  • Experience inspecting close tolerance parts (±.001 to ±.0005) using inspections tools such as micrometers, linear height gage, CMM, depth mics, etc.

CNC Machinist (Milling Dept.)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 year’s experience in job-shop environment
  • Solid working knowledge with: blue print reading, G-code programming, Speeds and feeds with a variety of materials
  • Comfortable using Fanuc control for Vertical Milling Centers
  • Experience designing / building fixtures, machining castings, and programming setting up 4th Axis Rotary Tables preferred
  • CAD experience a plus (FeatureCam used at VMC)
  • The ability to program and set-up a job from start to finish is required. Operating the machine for the length of short-run and prototype jobs, while having the ability to train operators to run and inspect high quantity orders is a must.

CNC Machinist (5 Axis Lathe Dept.)

Requirements

  • Experience setting up / programming a 5 axis turning center with live milling tooling
  • Mori Seki NL-2500 experience
  • Solid working knowledge with: blue print reading, G-code programming, Speeds and feeds with a variety of materials
  • The ability to program and set-up a job from start to finish is required. Operating the machine for the length of short-run and prototype jobs, while having the ability to train operators to run and inspect high quantity orders is a must.
